Make sure that you have not selected your GigSky eSIM plan as the Default Voice Line. Doing this will deactivate your voice line.

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular.
  2. Check that Default Voice Line is set to your "Primary" SIM/eSIM and not your GigSky eSIM.
  3. If it is set to your GigSky eSIM, tap Default Voice Line and select "Primary".
