If you have purchased a data plan and the Mobile App shows that the plan is still activating after 5 minutes or more, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Windows installed on your PC.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. Check Cellular network connections. If GigSky is not shown:
    1. Please make sure you have your cellular connection ON
    2. Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Cellular and ensure Data Roaming Options says "Roam"
    3. Select Manage eSIM profiles and ensure GigSky is "active"
  4. You will now be able to use your data plan.
