No. The GigSky app will only allow you to manage the data service for the device being used.
For iPads with either Apple SIM or eSIM, you manage your data service through the Settings and you can only do that for the device being used.
GigSky SIM cards are managed using the GigSky web app at app.gigsky.com. As the web app is independent of the device being used, you can sign into your GigSky account at app.gigsky.com from any device and manage all your physical GigSky SIM cards.
