For Microsoft Surface Pro devices, there is additional configuration required in the Cellular settings to configure the device to connect to LTE. After the GigSky data plan has been purchased and the eSIM has been downloaded to the device, please follow the steps below to configure the LTE connection:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Network & Internet.
- Select Cellular.
- Select Advanced Options.
- Select "Add an APN'.
- In the Profile Name field, enter "gigsky" (without the quotes, all lower case).
- In the APN field, enter "gigsky" (without the quotes, all lower case).
- In the APN Type, select "Internet and Attach".
- Select Save.
