If you're using the GigSky app, you will have been prompted to turn on Notifications when it was installed. If you did so, you will receive notifications as your data is getting close to a 0 MB balance or if the duration of your plan, in days, is about to expire.
To check if your notifications are enabled:
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Scroll down the list of apps to GigSky and select it.
- Ensure that Allow Notifications is turned on.
You can purchase a top-up plan to extend your service at any time. However, the plan duration will be set to the duration of the top-up you choose - it does not add days to the remaining duration of your original plan.
