Android phones typically have the APN set when the eSIM is downloaded. However, if there is an issue with the APN, please follow the instructions below to create and activate an APN entry for GigSky services.

Samsung:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Tap Mobile networks
  4. Tap Access Point Names
  5. Select the correct SIM at the bottom of the screen
  6. If no GigSky APN is shown, tap Add
  7. Enter GigSky in the Name field, and gigsky (all lower-case) in the APN field
  8. Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots at the top right of the screen), and tap Save

Other Android method 1:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Network and internet
  3. Tap Mobile Networks
  4. Tap your GigSky eSIM
  5. Tap Advanced
  6. Tap Access Point Names
  7. Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots at the top right of the screen)
  8. Tap Reset to Default - this will delete any APNs already listed
  9. Tap New APN
  10. Enter GigSky in the Name field, and gigsky (all lower-case) in the APN field
  11. Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots at the top right of the screen), and tap Save

Other Android method 2:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Search for "Access Point Names" using the search bar
  3. Tap Access Point Names for the GigSky eSIM
  4. Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots at the top right of the screen)
  5. Tap Reset to Default - this will delete any APNs already listed
  6. Tap New APN
  7. Enter GigSky in the Name field, and gigsky (all lower-case) in the APN field
  8. Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots at the top right of the screen), and tap Save
