How do I change/reset my GigSky account password?

Changing your password

We aren't able to change your account password for you, but you can change it from the account settings by following the steps given below.

Using the GigSky web app

1. Go to the web app https://app.gigsky.com/and log in.
2. In the menu, click Account and select Change Password.
3. Enter the old password and the new password.
4. Click Save.
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your account's email address.

Using the GigSky App

1. Sign in to the GigSky app.
2. Tap the Account icon (bottom right).
3. Tap Change password.
4. Enter the old password and the new password.
5. Tap Save.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to your account's email address.

Using GigSky on iPad

1. Tap Cellular Data > Manage GigSky Account... > Account Settings.
2. Tap the Account icon (bottom left).
3. Tap Change Password.
4. Enter the old password and the new password.
5. Tap Save.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to your account's email address.

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password and aren't able to change your account password for you, but you can from the account settings by following the steps given below.

Using the GigSky web app

1. Go to the web app https://app.gigsky.com/ and click on the Forgot password? link.
2. Enter your GigSky account email address into the box and click Send Email. Instructions will be emailed to you.
3. Click on the link in the email to reset your password. You'll be prompted to enter your new password and click Save.
4. You'll be redirected to log into the GigSky web app with your new password, and a confirmation email will be sent to your account's email address.

Using the GigSky App

If you've been logged out of the GigSky app and you can't remember your password:

1. Open the GigSky app and tap Forgot password? on the Welcome page.
2. Enter your GigSky account email address into the box and click Send Email. Instructions will be emailed to you.
3. Click on the link in the email to reset your password. You'll be prompted to enter your new password and click Save.
4. You'll be redirected to log into the GigSky web app with your new password, and a confirmation email will be sent to your account's email address.
